I am 15, can I get a job in Mesquite or Garland?

I need some extra cash because I am tired of being broke all the time when I go places with my friends. Is there any kind of jobs such as Courtesy Clerks? I don't have a lawnmower otherwise I would do that. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
