Why wont my package ship?

I ordered a package on amazon.com using a visa vanilla card. It is estimated to ship today but when i track the package it says it is not shipped yet and there is a message saying "These orders cannot proceed without your approval or changes. Please ask customer service (help@amazon.com). "
