Has anyone used NDSGAMER.COM before?

I ordered a product from them on June 28, 2011 around 4:55pm CST. It's been two days since the order, but every time I log on to that site to check a detailed view of my order, under the 'DELIVERY STATUS', it's blank, along with 'DELIVERY ADDRESS'. Never ordered from this site before, and I'm wondering if the blank columns are normal? Is my order still coming through, or have they not shipped it yet?
