IPhone ordering question?

Ok so I ordered an iPhone 4 through the phone and I accepted a terms and conditions email 24 hours ago and I have not received a confirmation email and it says that the product has not shipped yet and it cannot find the product on the at&t tracker. How long after you accept the terms and conditions does it usually ship? Again I ordered it through the phone 2 days ago and the guy said that I should receive a terms and conditions email and once i accepted it, it would be shipped. It says it hasn't been shipped yet... Any Help??
