So raise some chickens(disguised as cats) on your front lawn. They will keep it short(dirt level). Or sheep made to look like a dog.so you do not excede some bylaw regarding farm animals. By the time they come to talk to you about the supposed farm animal, the sucker is in the freezer or in the stew pot.
