Could a police officer arrest me on my front lawn if I'm not videotaping?

NO! You have the right within the confides of the constitution. That incident in Rochester was ridiculous! It was the cop who trespassed on her property and violated her constitutional rights. If your on your front lawn and not breaking any laws (Such as parading around naked in the open for example) you can't be arrested.
