According EBAY's terms, am i allowed writing in description of item about shipping time?

Lets say I set the item location in INDIA and the delivery estimated is set for international shipping which says to be about 3-4 weeks. But the shipping really takes much less, about 10-13 days, so i want to write in my description where i describe the item that the shipping may take 10-13 days. Is it permitted by ebay?
