Who makes decision on person placed in mental hospital?

from what I know, it's the court's decision, ultimately. But there might be someone with the county or the state who you might be able to talk to about it. There's a good chance that if you want her committed, you can get her committed. I don't think you're going to have to lie to police or anyone else to get her in there, either.
