Can i just say i have 5 acres of land to ride on with my dirtbikes?

Dude, like, I think YOU must own all 5 acres. Some areas and counties have restrictions / zoning regulations. My county in Ohio permits "race tracks" on land zoned "agricultural". Land area or size doesn't matter in this case. However, my land is under a special restriction that never allows dirt bike or atv operation. This sort of sucks because I have this Suzuki mini bike for the grand kids to ride and they can't ride it here. You need a lot of land that is away from people's houses.
